WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We’re located in Turku, Finland. We have all of our products in stock at our warehouse. Our stocks are limited, so don't doubt w/ your order.

DELIVERY


WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We ship your order mainly on the same day!
That's possible when you order before 1 pm (Monday - Friday)!

FINLAND:
Delivery with Postnord takes around 1-3 working days.

EUROPE:
Delivery with Posti takes around 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL:
Delivery with Posti takes around 10-20 business days. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows.

RETURNS


CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER
For changing or canceling your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. And of course you're still able to cancel your order or exchange items after receiving it - corresponding to our Return Policy (below). In case you cancel your order, payments are always paid back through Paytrail.

RETURN POLICY
Any item/s bought in CDLC.CO The Shop can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the parcel and you will be refunded the entire value of goods. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If you send back your item/s after 14 days, or in the event of a damage / sign of wear, we decline the return and you won't get a refund. (Garments will only be accepted if the original label has not been removed).

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please get in contact with us and let us know about the problem. After recording all necessary data, we will take care of a fast exchange and a possible refund.

For the following items we won't grant an exchange or refund:
1.
Items that got damaged because of improper use or other than the designated use.
2. Items that got damaged through misuse or carelessness (contact with chemicals, aggressive substances, fire, big heat, sharp objects, so on).
3. Please be aware that the expected useful life of each item depends on each user, the terms of use and the characteristic wear patterns. If our items got damaged through normal wear out or if the conventional service life got exceeded, an exchange is not possible.
4. Please get in contact with us if you have any further questions.

ORDER PROCESS


BABY STEPS THROUGH OUR ORDER PROCESS

1.
Choose your favorite item/s from our shop.
On garments you also have to choose the size needed.

2. Put the item/s in your shopping cart.

Everytime when you do so, the cart will pop up in the right corner of our website. Or you can check your cart any time by clicking "the shopping cart logo" at the top right corner of our website.

3. Press check out at your cart and finish the following 4 steps.

1. Enter your email.
2. Enter all the information required.
(You’ll see the shipping price.)
3. Choose the way you'd like to pay through Paytrail's payment methods.
4. Review and click "Complete order" button to finish your order.

4. Now your redirected to Paytrail for payment.
After you've finished with your payment you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us.

5. Once we have handled your order you’ll receive an order fulfilled email from us. This email also includes your tracking number for the shipment.

6. Wait for a day or two and you're ready to enjoy your piece of Finnish Motoring Culture.
